Avan Paralegal Services, LLC requires a signed Paralegal Services Contract which details the assignment and deadlines prior to the start of any work. An internal conflict of interest check is performed at the start of any assignment.

Avan Paralegal Services, LLC accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments, as well as a business check or money order made payable to Avan Paralegal Services, LLC. PayPal and credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. Invoices are sent, via email, at the completion of each assignment and payment is due within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the invoice.
